SHIPPING POLICY
When you place an order online there is the option to select installation at Fakenham, or delivery to your home address.
Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days when items are in stock.
At Car Seats Plus, we offer free UK shipping on all orders over £50. Shipping costs for orders under £50 will be calculated at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Car seats purchased and installed face to face are not eligible for returns, and can only be returned if they develop a manufacturing fault, not because you have changed your mind.
If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase from us then you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. All items being returned must be in perfect condition with their original packaging, labels attached and include all original manuals etc. We will arrange the return on your behalf, and the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund at a fee of £15.00. Any missed collections for returns will incur an additional cost of £15.00.
We are not obliged to accept returns if the above is not adhered to.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, which can take up to 10 days for some payment methods.
